“DECLARACIÓN DE LOS DERECHOS DEL NIÑO” es el nombre dado a una serie de proclamaciones de los derechos de los niños elaborado por “Save the Children”, por Eglantyne Jebb en 1923.

“DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILDS” is the name given to a series of related children's rights
proclamations drafted by “Save the Children”, by Eglantyne Jebb in 1923.

"어린이 권리 선언"은 1923년 글렌 타인 젭에 의해, 아동복지재단 '세이브더칠드런'의 아동의 권리 선언문들에 주어진 이름이다.

El 20 de noviembre de 1959, la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas adoptó una versión expandida de la Declaración de los Derechos del Niño, con la adición de diez principios en lugar de los cinco originales. Esta fecha ha sido adoptada como el Día Universal del Niño.

On 20 November 1959 the United Nations General Assembly adopted an expanded version as its own Declaration of
the Rights of the Child, adding ten principles in place of the original five.
This date has been adopted as the Universal Children's Day.

1959년 11월 20일에 유엔 총회는 기존 5대 원칙에 10대 원칙을 추가하여

El derecho a la igualdad, sin distinción de raza, religión o nacionalidad.
인종, 종교, 출신 국가에 구분 없는 평등에 대한 권리.
The right to equality, without distinction on account of race, religion or national origin.

El derecho a tener una protección especial para el desarrollo físico, mental y social del niño.
아이의 신체적, 정신적, 사회적 성장을 위한 특별한 보호를 받을 권리
The right to special protection for the child’s physical, mental and social development.

El derecho a un nombre y a una nacionalidad.
이름과 국적을 가질 권리.
The right to a name and a nationality.

El derecho a una alimentación, vivienda y atención médica adecuada.
적절한 영양, 주택, 의료 서비스에 대한 권리.
The right to adequate nutrition, housing and medical services.

5.
El derecho a una educación y a un tratamiento especial para aquellos niños que sufren alguna discapacidad mental o física.
신체적 또는 정신적 장애를 가진 아이가 특수 교육 및 치료를 받을 권리.
The right to special educationand treatment when a child is physically or mentally handicapped.

El derecho a la comprensión y al amor de los padres y de la sociedad.
부모와 사회로부터 이해와 사랑을 받을 권리.
The right to understanding and love by parents and society.

El derecho a actividades recreativas y a una educación gratuita.
여가 활동 및 무료 교육을받을 권리.
The right to recreational activities and free education.

El derecho a estar entre los primeros en recibir ayuda en cualquier circunstancia.
모든 상황에서 권리 구제를 첫번째로 받을 권리.
The right to be among the first to receive relief in all circumstances.

El derecho a la protección contra cualquier forma de abandono, crueldad y explotación.
모든 형태의 방치, 학대와 착취로부터 보호받을 권리
The right to protection against all forms of neglect, cruelty and exploitation.

El derecho a ser criado con un espíritu de comprensión, tolerancia, amistad entre los pueblos y hermandad universal.
이해와 관용, 사람들 사이의 우정, 보편적 형제애의 정신으로 양육될 권리.
The right to be brought up in a spirit of understanding, tolerance, friendship among peoples, and universal brotherhood.
